Quick Step-by-Step Breakdown
(1) Mix Wet Ingredients– In a large bowl, combine nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
(2) Add Dry Ingredients– Stir in protein powder and Rice Krispies cereal until evenly mixed
(3)Add Chocolate Chips– Fold in mini chocolate chips if using.
(4) Roll Into Balls– Use your hands to roll the mixture into 1-inch balls (or desired size).
