(1) Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

(2) Mix the Batter – In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients: Kodiak mix, protein powder, sweetener, and white chocolate chips.
Add wet ingredients: blended cottage cheese, eggs, and milk. Mix until smooth—don’t overmix!

(3) Make the Strawberry Topping –Cook sliced strawberries with monk fruit sweetener and lemon juice in a pan (or microwave) until thick and jam-like. Let cool.

(4) Assemble –Pour the batter into your pan. Add a few cooked strawberries on top and gently swirl them in.

(5) Optional White Chocolate Swirl – Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in short bursts in the microwave. Drizzle over the batter and swirl with a knife for a marbled look.
