Quick Step-by-Step Breakdown
(1) Preheat – Set your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a ramekin or small oven-safe dish using cooking spray or a little oil.
(2) Blend – Add the oats, protein powder, black cocoa or cocoa powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and baking powder to a blender or food processor. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth..
(3) Mix Filling – In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and protein powder until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
(4) Layer – Pour about ¾ of the oatmeal batter into your greased dish. Spoon the cream cheese filling on top, then cover it with the remaining oat mixture.
(5) Bake – Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes. The center may look slightly wet—that’s normal. Avoid over baking to keep the oats moist inside.
(6) Cool & Enjoy – Let it cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle on your favorite toppings and dig in!
