Quick Step-by-Step Breakdown
(1) Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 20 cm (7.9 in) loaf pan with parchment paper or grease it with oil.
(2) Mash & Mix Wet Ingredients – In a large bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth. Stir in nut butter and eggs.
Add sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk for about 2 minutes until everything is well combined.
(3) Add Dry Ingredients – Stir in oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and protein powder
Tip: Use vegan or casein protein to keep it moist—avoid whey, as it can make it dry.
(4) Add Chocolate – Fold in chocolate chips for that extra gooey goodness.
(5) Bake –Pour the batter into your loaf pan. Top with more chocolate chips if you’d like.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
(6) Cool & Slice – Let the bread cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove and cool completely before slicing.
