High Protein Birthday Cake Baked Oats

Quick Step-by-Step Breakdown
(1) Preheat-Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a small baking dish.
(2) Make Oat Flour-Blend oats on high until they become a fine flour.
(3) Blend Batter-Add protein powder, milk, maple syrup, applesauce, vanilla, and baking powder to the blender. Blend until smooth.
(4)Add Sprinkles-Stir in the sprinkles gently
(5) Bake-Pour the batter into your greased dish. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the top is set and golden.
(6) Cool & Top-Let it cool, then top with vanilla yogurt. Add extra sprinkles if desired.
