(1) Prep the Pan – Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal.

(2) Preheat – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

(3) Mix the Batter –In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients (you can mix them separately first or add directly to the bowl). Stir just until combined—don’t overmix!

(4) Bake – Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake on the center rack for 40 minutes.

(5) Rest in Oven – Turn off the oven but leave the banana bread inside for 5 more minutes without opening the door.
