Base Ingredients

Assembling Ingredients

Quick Step-by-Step Breakdown

(1) Preheat – Set your oven to 350°F and lightly butter a loaf pan. Optional: sprinkle chopped pecans on the bottom.

(2) Mix Dry – In a large bowl, stir together flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder, baking powder, and baking soda.

(3) Add Yogurt – Mix in the yogurt until sticky dough clumps form. Don’t overmix—this can make the dough tough.

(4) Shape Dough – Wet your hands slightly, divide the dough into 25 small pieces (about 2 tablespoons each), and roll into balls. Re-wet hands as needed—dough will be sticky!

Assembling

(1) Prep Coating – Pour milk into one small bowl. In another shallow bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar.

(2) Coat Dough Balls – Dip each dough ball in milk, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place them in the loaf pan.

(3) Bake – Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Then cover with foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes (about 35 minutes total), until a toothpick comes out clean.
