Quick Step-by-Step Breakdown
(1) Preheat & Prep –
Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
(2) Melt Chocolate & Oil –
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of chocolate chips and ½ cup (95g) coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted.
(3) Mix Wet Ingredients –
In another bowl, beat the eggs and coconut sugar for about 1 minute. Add in vanilla and the melted chocolate mixture—mix until smooth.
(4) Add Dry Ingredients –
Stir in the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
(5) Fold in Chips –
Gently fold in the remaining ½ cup of chocolate chips.
(6) Bake –
Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 22–28 minutes (check around 25 minutes). It’s done when the top is set and slightly crackled.
(7) Cool & Slice –
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then lift out and let cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
