Quick Step-by-Step Breakdown
(1) Combine Base Ingredients – Add protein powder, nut butter, sweetener, coconut flour, and vanilla to a medium bowl. Leave out milk and sprinkles for now.
(2) Form Dough – Mix ingredients, then knead with hands until a dough forms.
(3) Add Milk – Slowly add milk, a little at a time, until the dough reaches a thick, moldable consistency (not too wet).
(4) Fold in Sprinkles – Gently mix in 2 tablespoons of rainbow sprinkles.
(5) Press into Pan – Line an 8×8-inch dish with parchment paper. Firmly press dough into pan. (For thicker bars, don’t press all the way to the edges.)
(6) Add Topping Sprinkles – Press remaining sprinkles on top of the dough.
(7) Chill to Set – Freeze for about 30 minutes until firm.
(8) Cut & Store – Remove from freezer, cut into bars, and store in the fridge.
